For a point of reference, because of the Missouri River, Omaha grows westward on, and around, Dodge Street. Coventry is located on 204th Street, a four-lane divided highway, in the suburban Southwest Omaha Metro. 204th Street is unique because:
204th Street is, and will be in the future, the furthest north/south thoroughfare making it a heavily traveled arterial.
Connects the city of Elkhorn to Dodge Street/West Dodge Road – Omaha’s major east/west highway.
Connects Dodge Street to the city of Gretna, which has the largest, and most successful, outlet mall in Nebraska.
Connects to I-80 which is the only east/west interstate in Nebraska.

A healthy and balanced Omaha housing market is considered to be approximately 5,000 homes available on the market at one time. There are only 1,200 homes on the market and housing starts increase every month to meet such demand. That growth will be in and around Coventry.
